Personal training sessions with our experienced coaches are perfect for athletes looking to focus on their weaknesses along with individuals looking to improve their overall fitness in a one-on-one environment.

A CUSTOM SOLUTION TO YOUR FITNESS

While team training and group classes are great ways for athletes to improve their strength, speed, agility, etc… there is no better way than with individualized programming. Our coaching staff will sit down with you and formulate a training plan, specific to your individual needs and goals. Coupled with this, we encourage new athletes to take advantage of the sports nutrition services that we offer at the facility.

10 Session personalized plan – $500

For those with unlimited Crossfit memberships that want to work on improving their performance/technique in class. Our coaches will work with the individual to establish goals and an action plan. Custom programming is also available, to be followed during open gym times. Included within the 10 session PT Pass is a sports nutrition assessment with our registered dietitian to help maximize your progress.
