How we do nutrition
To be successful, you need to develop eating habits that excite you. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring, and with the dietitians at OnSide, it isn’t. It can be hard to find the right information especially when everyone is saying something different.
We don’t do fad diets. We’ll give you plans that are going to work for the rest of your life.
Health and wellness
First we start by sitting down and finding out exactly what your goals are. After your goals, we looks at things like stress, sleep, current nutrition and routine and find out what you’ll actually enjoy. After we’ve got all the info, we’ll create a plan for you that you cannot resist!
Performing at your peak is something that requires dialing in many factors. We’ll analyze everything from sleep patterns, training programs, seasonal peaks, current nutrition habits, and game-day nutrition needs. If you haven’t put the effort into proper sports nutrition to enhance your game, you are leaving a lot on the table
A happy and healthy workplace can significantly impact someone’s overall well-being. Through workplace challenges, nutrition education or dietitian visits, we’ve turned corporate settings into family.
There’s a lot to know about diabetes and trying to keep things in check day to day can be tricky. Whether diabetes is brand new for you, or you’re in need of a little tune-up, our Registered Dietitian (who’s also a Certified Diabetes Educator!) can help get you on the right track.

Why a dietitian?
Registered Dietitians (RD) are the only regulated health professionals in the field of nutrition. They have extensive education and training to help you cut through the confusion and give you the best up-to-date and credible nutrition information to support your goals. Our in-house dietitians have additional education and expertise in nutrition for sport and athletic performance from the International Olympic Committee.
**If you have an extended health care plan that covers the services of a Registered Dietitian you may claim for reimbursement for nutrition counseling (check with your provider).
