For us at OnSide, and especially those who have taken part in the CrossFit Open before, it’s a pretty
intense workout not only physically but also mentally. Sometimes it’s not because of the workout itself
but the level of intensity we strive to work at. There is something about putting our name out there for
the world to see that makes us push that much harder. If our preparation and recovery isn’t right, it can
take a physical toll on our body.
